How do I book an outstation cab from Hyderabad?
Call 77997 90773 or send your pickup, destination, date and passenger count on WhatsApp. Most bookings are confirmed directly over a call, not through an online form.
Do I need to book in advance, or can I book on the same day?
Advance booking helps us guarantee your preferred vehicle, but we also handle same-day and short-notice bookings — call and we'll check current availability.
Which areas do you operate from?
We're based in Hyderabad, Telangana, and run outstation trips to destinations across India, including popular pilgrimage and business routes.
Can I book a one-way trip without paying for the return?
Yes, one-way outstation bookings are available on supported routes — you only pay for the distance travelled, not a return journey you don't need.
Do you handle urgent, same-day bookings?
Yes, call anytime — we check current vehicle and driver availability for short-notice outstation and emergency travel.
Fare & payment
Is the fare fixed or does it change by route?
Fare depends on distance, vehicle type, trip type and minimum km/day rules. We always confirm the exact fare on call before you book, so there's no ambiguity.
Are tolls and driver allowance included in the fare?
These are usually additional. Ask for a full breakdown — base fare, tolls, permits, driver allowance and waiting charges — before confirming your booking.
Is there a minimum kilometre or minimum day requirement?
Most outstation trips have a minimum running distance per day. This is explained to you on the call along with the fare, based on your specific route.
How do I pay for my trip?
Payment options are confirmed with you on the call at the time of booking.

What vehicles are available for large groups?
Tempo Travellers, Urbania, mini buses and luxury coaches from 12 up to 54 seats, subject to availability — suitable for corporate tours, weddings and pilgrimage groups.
What's the smallest vehicle you offer?
A 4-seater sedan for solo travellers or couples with light luggage, up to a 54-seater luxury coach for large groups.
Are the cabs chauffeur-driven?
Yes, all our outstation vehicles come with an experienced driver — self-drive is not offered.
Short-notice & emergency bookings
What counts as an emergency booking?
Hospital visits, urgent business travel and last-minute family trips are the most common genuine emergencies we handle with priority vehicle checks.
How quickly can a cab be arranged in an emergency?
Call us directly and we'll check the nearest available vehicle right away — response time depends on vehicle availability at that moment.
